location close to Takapuna shopping and the beach.
no one on-site on weekends or evenings, rooms are dirty. found rubbish under the bed, cobwebs in corners, etc. room smells of cigarettes. advertises room service, no room service available, no bathrobe as advertised, carpets could do with a good clean. needs a lot of work done to it in my opinion

The hotel is conveniently located in a central area, just a short walk from Takapuna and directly across from Countdown Supermarket. It offers easy access to the motorway for both the M1 north and south, as well as being near the Bruce Mason theatre. the family bungalow is unique and well-equipped with central heating, an iron and ironing board, and a work desk.

We booked this luxurious 4-star hotel for its exceptional location near a supermarket and state highway 1. The service here is top-notch, with room service, housekeeping, and laundry facilities readily available. The staff were considerate and went out of their way to assist me as a wheelchair user. The room amenities were fantastic, including a soundproofed room, free toiletries, a washing machine, and a flat-screen TV. We also enjoyed the leisure facilities, such as the sun terrace and complimentary Wi-Fi. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services, making our stay here truly enjoyable.

Spending my Christmas in the hotel was an amazing experience. The staff is very helpful, and the rooms are always clean and neat. Location-wise, the hotel is situated near a supermarket and is only a few minutes' walk away from the beach, making it very convenient. I was surprised to find a completely independent family house on the premises.
The receptionist was in a school uniform and seemed to have a hard time communicating in English. This caused some issues when I was only given one room instead of two, which was later resolved.

Looking for a great family vacation destination? Our recent stay at a nearby hotel was a fantastic experience! We loved the location with its convenient proximity to local supermarkets, great restaurants, and a gas station all just a short walk from the property. the room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable with great amenities like a fridge and en-suite bathroom. the property was very clean and peaceful, perfect for a getaway. We had a wonderful stay, although the lack of communication from management could be improved in the future.
